Elegant covered vegetable dish in silver-plated metal, attributed to the French silversmith J. Noé, in the Louis XV taste.
The piece features a beautiful shaped form underlined with fillets, two foliate handles with acanthus-leaf mounts and a domed lid topped with an artichoke-shaped finial with foliate decoration.
A decorative and functional piece, ideal for table service or to complete a collection of French silverware.
Condition
Antique pre-owned piece that has been used. It shows signs of wear and micro-scratches, visible in particular on the flat and reflective surfaces. The silver-plating remains well present and even, with no notable loss of plating. The piece retains a good overall appearance.
